JOB DESCRIPTION
Ideal for early career drafters eager to learn. You will support modeling and coordination using Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft 365. Electrical industry exposure is helpful; Evolve MEP and Trimble familiarity are nice-to-have, but not required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with drafting for 3D coordination and shop drawings on electrical projects.

Help verify and prepare layout drawings to meet contract requirements; read and interpret architectural/structural/mechanical/electrical plans, sections, and elevations.

Prepare electrical drawings primarily in Revit (some deliverables in AutoCAD); support redline corrections and produce as-builts at closeout.
EDUCATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Foundational skills in Revit plus exposure to AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office.

Growth mindset: organized, resourceful, detail oriented; eager to collaborate with project teams and the field.

Preferred (not required): experience in the electrical industry; familiarity with Evolve MEP and Trimble for Revit

Experience: 1-3 years BIM drafting / detailing.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION:
$75,000 – $90,000 annually, plus performance bonus based on skillset and experience level.
