JOB DESCRIPTION

This role supports 3D coordination and shop drawings for electrical projects using Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft 365. Experience with Evolve and Trimble for Revit is a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Produce shop drawings and cross-sections (e.g., underground, conduits, cables) that guide fabrication and installation.
Verify and prepare layout drawings to meet contract requirements; read architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical plans, sections, and elevations.
Provide technical drafting support aligned to established standards and procedures; prepare electrical drawings primarily in Revit (AutoCAD for some deliverables).
Review work for accuracy, incorporate redlines, and create as-built drawings at project close.

EDUCATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office; strong coordination and detailing skills.
Preferred: electrical industry background; Evolve add-on and Trimble experience for Revit.

Experience: 5+ years in BIM drafting / design, preferably in electrical.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION:

$90,000 – $100,000 annually plus performance bonus, based on skillset and experience level.

7 AM – 4 PM

SCHEDULE:

Onsite at our El Cajon office; cross-functional collaboration with Preplanning, PMs, and field personnel.
