SCHEDULING
Delivering a project on time is as important as delivering on budget. We strive to ensure that we present reasonable, properly planned construction schedules. Our management plan incorporates conceptual and detailed estimating with construction scheduling. From conceptual design to grand opening, we manage the schedule to deliver as promised.
During the course of construction, meetings are held to coordinate various aspects of work implementation, including weekly construction meetings, submittal and shop drawing review sessions and site visits to assist in proper coordination of work.
CRITICAL PATH METHOD (MAPPING)
Anderson Howard uses this analysis technique to deliver on time. All complex activities are diagramed with their required time for completion and how each activity relates to each other. The longer tasks are critical path because of their reliance upon many other subtasks. Using this data we arrange and implement milestones that keep the project not only on task but running smoothly.
