California State University, Fullerton - Student Housing III

600 unit student apartment complex with dining facility currently under construction.  Set to attain a LEED Gold rating.

LPA Architects Irvine Office - Irvine, CA
28,000 SF tenant improvement that received a LEED CI Certified rating.

Symantec - Culver City, CA
New Research and Development campus in Culver City. The building is 302,000 square feet and includes 26,000 square feet of lab space which contains 475 cabinets. The entire building is on an 18” raised floor with 100% open plan layout that received LEED Gold rating.

Temecula Civic Center, Temecula CA
97,000 square foot Civic Center building currently under construction and set to attain a LEED Silver rating.

University of California Irvine Computer Science Building III Laboratory Building
148,000 square foot 5-story laboratory building that received a LEED Gold rating.

University of California Irvine Student Center
155,000 square foot renovation and addition to an existing facility. This project received a LEED Gold rating.

University of California Irvine - Engineering III Laboratory Building
111,000 square foot five-story Lab Building currently construction-complete set to attain a LEED Gold rating.

76,000 square foot Four-story Office Building currently under construction set to attain a LEED Gold rating.

University of California Irvine - Social & Behavioral Sciences III Laboratory Building
