ENERGY LIFE CYCLE
Anderson Howard conducts energy life-cycle cost analysis by providing comparisons between the present values of two or more design alternatives. Utilizing a computer generated model varying design options can be loaded into the project. The model can then calculate the energy costs for each option. Initial costs, maintenance, and energy consumption are calculated and assessed. This allows for refined cost-effective design decisions to be made ultimately leading to substantial cost savings over the buildings life-cycle.
